Shipping Policies
99% of our packages are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. In the majority of cases, the package can be delivered to a mailbox or front door. However, in the event, a package is oversized it may be left at the discretion of the postal worker delivering the package in the most secure location that they find fit. Tracking numbers are provided for every package shipped. The order processing time is 24-48 business days M-F. Orders placed after hours will be processed on the next business day. Transit times typically are 3-5 business days in addition to the order processing times.
In the event, package tracking shows delivered but you feel as though you have not received your package please review your tracking number on the USPS website.
International Shipping Canada
We currently ship to Canada. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and handling before your package ships. Standard international delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout. All international sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the US. Refused Packages: If a delivery is refused by the recipient, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping charges, the duties incurred, and any return transit costs.
Any order that is undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to the sender (Flylac) a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct ALWAYS before placing an order.
NOTE: RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
